Operations
We look at the need to build or modify plants within
the context of your wider business objectives. The first step is
often to determine optimum plant capacity, costs and schedules,
taking full account of investment criteria and future expansion

Fully Integrated Projects
Once front-end planning is complete, we develop a
clear project strategy which dovetails with the business plan and
allows the project team to quickly identify opportunities as well as

Engineering Project Management
As soon as all of these decisions have been made, we
can commission contractors to carry out the detailed engineering,

As soon as a plant is up and running, we continue to
support plant management, optimizing processes and ironing out any
bugs. As technological and market conditions change, we use our
knowledge and expertise to experiment and explore the viability of
new processes.
At the end of the lifetime of a plant, we can assist with shutdown, demolition and, where relevant, issues such as soil remediation. We have considerable experience of minimizing liabilities while ensuring regulatory compliance. Then, as the cycle begins again, we can support you with the design of new manufacturing processes to meet the needs of a new generation of consumers.
