Commissioning and Start-up
Assistance
Our specialist team has broad experience of
commissioning and start-up at plants around the globe. We take
care of preparation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and
chemical start-up. If the startup team is provided by the
customer, we can advise on planning and provide coaching where
required.
Six Sigma
The Six Sigma Breakthrough strategy employs rigorous
data gathering and statistical analysis to pinpoint sources of error
and determine ways of eliminating them. We use this high-
performance, data-driven tool to analyze the root causes of business
problems and solve them, linking business outputs to market
requirements. This proven approach has been shown to minimize
critical process defects in a wide variety of industries.
Decommissioning Management
This can be as simple as turning out the lights or as
complex as a million-Euro project. We can deliver a Decommissioning
Manager and team to prepare the decommissioning strategy,
pre-shutdown, shutdown and the final closure and/or demolition of
the plant. We have experience of negotiating with the relevant
authorities, ensuring safe, environmentally responsible closure at
minimum cost.
Process Automation/Intelligence
Process automation and intelligence can improve
processes without the need to invest in new equipment. We use
Advanced/Intelligent Control Systems, such as Multi Variable
Control, Multiple Process Control (MPC) and complex control
strategies involving PID controllers and Feed Forward calculations,
Fuzzy Logic, Neural Networks, Start-up and Shutdown Systems,
Emergency Shutdown Systems, Operator Advisory Systems (When to
do What), and Scheduling Systems.
