With extensive expertise and experience in the field of Powder Technology and handling solid materials, we complement the expertise of local plant technologists.
Based on in-house process research, lab and plant experience and experience in developing products, we offer customers consultancy, troubleshooting and optimization of solid materials handling in plants. We can handle all unit operations that involve powder technology, from product formulation to final delivery in bags, FIBC, bulk, etc., as well as complementary technologies such as dust removal and control.
We regularly carry out pilot tests which provide process information for scaling up operations, as well as initial batches of product for customer trials and market introduction. We measure the powder and flow characteristics of materials in our acclimatized lab using a variety of sophisticated analytical techniques.
In processing particulate solids, the interaction of the material with the processing equipment and the environment can significantly influence both process design and operations. We combine our knowledge of material properties with practical experience and knowledge of a wide variety of process equipment. We maintain close links with research departments and a number of technical universities.
